    The self-service ticket machine is a barcode self-service ticket pick-up device specially designed for tourist attractions, stadiums, theaters, stations and other places. Customers have already paid through e-commerce online banking or other channels, and use the second-generation ID card or user name and password to pick up their own tickets at the self-service ticket machine. There are two ways for customers to collect tickets: one is to enter their user name, password and other information through the touch screen, if correct, the device prints out the ticket itself; another way is to directly scan the second generation ID card, the device reads the second generation The verification information is compared with the second-generation verification information stored in the system database. If it is correct, the device prints out the ticket by itself.
    The self-service ticket machine is mainly composed of a touch screen management computer, a second-generation ID card reader, a barcode printing ticket issuing module, a voice prompt module, an information prompt screen, and a UPS power module. The chassis is designed with anti-theft structure and has alarm function.
    The self-service ticket machine is connected to the system through a TCP / IP network interface, reports information in time, and accepts system instructions. When the tickets are used up, it will prompt through the indicator light and report to the system.
    Each time the customer picks up the ticket by himself, the camera on the device will automatically take a picture of the customer and save it, so that the accident can be recalled.
