System composition
As a part of the electronic ticketing system, the self-service ticketing and selling system shares the same database platform as the electronic ticketing system and is integrated into the electronic ticketing system for unified management. The self-service ticket collection system is composed of several self-service ticket collection machines, which are connected to the ticket inspection system through a TCP / IP interface to form a local area network; bank card payment is connected to the banking system through a dedicated line or the Internet.
System functions
Self-service ticket purchase: Tourists click the "ticket purchase entrance" on the touch screen to enter the ticket purchase operation interface, select the ticket type and quantity, and after completing the payment, the self-service machine prints out the ticket;
Support four payment methods: bank card, cash, Alipay and WeChat;
Self-service ticket collection: Tourists can use the self-service machine to collect tickets for scenic spots ordered by distributors, official websites, WeChat, and travel agency online booking platforms. The ticket voucher includes: ID card, mobile phone QR code, order number + password. (Visitors can also use the ID card and mobile phone QR code to check the ticket directly at the ticket gate to enter the park without taking the ticket)
Self-service inquiry: tourists can scan the QR code of the ticket on the self-service machine to query the ticket information, such as whether it has been used or whether it has expired;
Information browsing: query scenic area information.
Background management: The background management software uniformly manages all self-service machines, monitors the status of each self-service machine, whether it is working properly, the remaining number of tickets, and whether there is help.
Self-service ticketing terminal
Tourists can use the self-service ticketing and selling terminal in the scenic spot to purchase tickets, collect tickets, query scenic spot announcements, and introduce scenic spots;
Ticketing terminal
Tourists can choose the bills to be purchased through the self-service ticketing terminal, and use WeChat, Alipay and other payment tools to pay for the bills; the self-service ticketing terminal can also display scenic area introduction and scenic area announcements;
