1. Can not be reset in time after opening:
Check whether there is a 12V voltage output at the limit position of the motherboard. There is no possibility that the motherboard has a problem. Use a metal sheet to block the head of the reset switch, the main board lights up red, and the tail of the reset switch lights up red, indicating that there is no problem and which one is off and which is problematic.
2. The positioning arm cannot be reset:
After the card is opened, it cannot be reset in time. Check whether the voltage of the solenoid valve is 24V, whether the spring of the reset disc is loose, whether the swing arm rotates left and right, etc. After the power is turned on, the rod cannot be loaded.
3. Pole drop during operation:
Whether the electromagnet has electricity and whether it produces suction. Check the connection port H6 of the motherboard, the voltage output is 24V, otherwise replace the motherboard. The electric chuck assembly is offset downward, loosen the M5 screws on both sides, close the valve stem, and adjust the gap between the small lock on the lead plate and the electric chuck plate.
4. After opening and resetting, open the brake again in the opposite direction:
1. Open the movement cover and check whether the normally open and normally closed contacts of the left and right stroke switches are sensitive.
2. Adjust the position of the light barrier.
3. Adjust the position of the left and right stroke switches. When the left and right gates are unlocked normally, the left and right positioning arms cannot touch the stroke switch.
Fifth, the pole can not be loaded after the power is turned on or the lever is dropped when the gate is running:
1. Check whether the retaining spring on the lever-dropping mechanism has fallen off and whether the lock of the brake lever is severely worn.
2. Whether the lever-dropping mechanism is loose or not, causing the position to shift, the spring piece of the lever-dropping mechanism should have a slight gap with the lock of the brake lever.
3. Check whether the electromagnet is intact, the electromagnet should be hot during normal operation.
4. Check whether the voltage output of LOCK1 and LOCK2 on the MX terminal on the motherboard is DC24V.
